This stock is a variation of our popular Winchester Safari stock but with the depth of the action area reduced to work with standard factory floor plates and magazine capacities. It is designed to fit most of the Winchester type and Montana type actions. The checkering has been replaced with textured panels on the forearm and pistol grip for a more positive gripping surface in the field. The forearm can be inletted for barrels up to about a #5 Douglas type but will not accept the straight taper target barrels. Available in right hand only. This stock is sold as a flat top only.
