McMillan’s Stock Warranty

Performance Guaranteed

Every McMillan Stock carries a “Lifetime Performance Warranty” against cracking, warping, splitting, or breaking. If such a problem occurs, the stock will be repaired or replaced. If unable to repair or replace the stock with an identical replacement, we will look at comparable alternative products and/or other options.

This policy applies to items manufactured by McMillan Stocks only. It does not apply to work done by others or accessories manufactured by others. Any aftermarket/gunsmith work on the stock that is deemed to have caused the problem will void this warranty.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Excluding exceptions* noted on our website product pages or on your order confirmation, if upon receipt, you are not 100% satisfied with your McMillan stock, return it within 30 days in new condition to exchange for another stock or for a full refund of the stock’s purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*A few common examples of exceptions are a custom color finish or stocks discounted for gunsmiths. We do not warranty any unique or custom color finishes. We do not warranty any color that is not listed on our website. We do not warranty work done by other gunsmiths. Gunsmith or aftermarket work on your stock may void the satisfaction guarantee, depending on the nature of any modifications made to the stock.

Online Store Return and Refund Policy

If you purchase an accessory or a Ready to Ship Stock from our online store it comes with a standard 30 day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged through our RMA process.

RMA Process

All returns and exchanges must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping your return or exchange back to us. Contact us by calling 877-365-6148 or emailing us at to start the RMA process. We are not liable for any item(s) lost in our warehouse when shipped back to us without an RMA on file.

Once an RMA is issued, depending on the reason for the return, we may issue a return mailing label for you to ship your item(s) back to us or request for you to ship the return back to us. If we request for you to ship the item back, we will provide you with return shipping details during the RMA process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend you contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
