The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is McMillan Stocks (‘Sponsor’). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and legally able to possess hunting equipment and obtain required licenses in the jurisdiction where the hunt will occur. Employees of McMillan Stocks, Defiance Machine, Star Valley Outfitters, Extreme Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

Purchase Entry Method:
Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $100.00 spent on qualifying purchases made through Sponsor’s sales team and/or online store at www.mcmillanusa.com during the Promotion Period. Entries are automatically recorded at the time of purchase. Multiple qualifying purchases will result in multiple entries.

Qualifying Purchases:
Only McMillan branded rifle stocks purchased from McMillan Stocks and sold at advertised 2026 retail price qualify. Mil/le discounts do not disqualify purchase. Purchases made with gunsmith, builder, dealer, or other negotiated or non-negotiated discounts are not eligible.

Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary):
Individuals may receive one (1) free Sweepstakes entry by signing up for Sponsor’s email list during the Promotion Period via the signup form available at (link no longer available as contest has ended). Limit one (1) email-signup entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received through either entry method. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to obtain entries through automated, fraudulent, or improper means, including the use of multiple email addresses, identities, or registrations. Sponsor’s database clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am on February 11th, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on April 30th, 2026.

WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within about 2 business days after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.

Two (2) winners will receive:

A guided bear hunt experience provided by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,900

Prize does not include:

  • travel to/from hunt location
  • gratuities
  • hunting licenses or tags
  • lodging unless explicitly stated
  • firearm or ammunition
  • personal gear

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately within 2 business days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 14 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively ‘the Prize Claim Documents’). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted on the Sponsor’s website. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information.

LIMITATION of LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless McMillan Stocks, Defiance Machine, Star Valley Outfitters, Extreme Group, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be submitted to the State of Montana.
